Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Schoolville Academy Limited's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Course Enrollment
Students must complete the enrollment process and provide accurate information. Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by Schoolville Academy Limited. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant.
3. Payment Terms
All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless a payment plan has been arranged. Payment plans are subject to approval and may include additional administrative fees.
4. Attendance and Participation
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and actively participate in course activities. Excessive absences may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
5. Code of Conduct
Students must maintain professional behavior and respect towards instructors, staff, and fellow students. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, videos, documents, and code, are the intellectual property of Schoolville Academy Limited. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Schoolville Academy Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the course.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
