Refunds are available under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our administration office.
Students may receive a full refund (minus administrative fees) if they withdraw within 7 days of enrollment and before the course start date. Administrative fees are non-refundable.
Students who withdraw within the first two weeks of the course may be eligible for a partial refund:
If Schoolville Academy Limited cancels a course, students will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or may transfer to another available course at no additional cost.
The following are non-refundable:
Refund exceptions may be considered for documented medical emergencies, military deployment, or other extraordinary circumstances. Each case will be reviewed individually by the administration.
Students on payment plans who withdraw will receive refunds based on the amount paid minus applicable fees. Outstanding balances must be settled before the refund is processed.
Students dismissed for violation of the Code of Conduct or other policy violations are not eligible for any refund.
